Bell Lamb & Joynson undertake all aspects of “conveyancing” including sales, purchases, right to buy purchases, shared ownership transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity (i.e. transfers from one name to two and vice versa). We operate a “fixed fee” service and are always happy to provide both verbal and written quotations with no hidden extras.
House buying/selling can be a stressful process and we aim to offer a friendly, personal service in which clients can speak directly to the fee earner who is handling their transaction. The firm is a member of all major Bank and Building Society solicitor panels and the fixed fee we quote will include (where appropriate) acting for your mortgage lender as well as for you, the client.
