JIM MARSHALL LLB
 
Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1976 after completing his training with a Liverpool City Centre practice. He moved to Runcorn in 1977 and has remained there ever since, joining Bell Lamb and Joynson in 1991 as a partner.

Jim now specialises in Conveyancing, Crime, Wills and Probate. His long association with the Halton area has helped him form a strong reliable network of professional contacts which benefits clients by easing and speeding the often stressful house moving process. Jim also has over 30 years experience in handling all aspects of Criminal Law covering police stations and Magistrates Court representation, ranging from minor motoring cases to Murders! He was a founder member of the Halton Duty Solicitor scheme and remains an active member of both police station and court schemes.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1973: University of Liverpool LLB Hons
1976: Qualified as a Solicitor

PERSONAL:
Jim is married with 2 grown up children. He is passionate about sport and played cricket for over 40 years at Neston Cricket Club where he remains an active but non playing member having transferred his enthusiasm to golf which he plays at the Royal Liverpool Club, Hoylake. He has supported Everton F.C for 50 years and is proud to admit it!

BLJ Mediation was privileged to recently welcome Jonathan Djanogly MP to their Mediation Suite in Liverpool. The Minister is a passionate supporter of Mediation and was responsible for assisting the Government’s decision to ensure the public had better information and access to Mediation.

The Minister expressed his pleasure when able to witness an Information and Assessment Meeting taking place with our Mediator, Pat Davies.
