Jan started her legal career with Deacon Goldrein Green back in 1989 and quickly learned how to cope with all aspects of legal work.

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1991 Jan chose to specialise in Family Law and has continued to practice in the Merseyside area since then.  After 12 years at the Netherton offices of Kennan Benjamin Kay during which Jan became a member of the Childrens Panel, Jan joined BLJ’s family team in 2009.

BLJ Mediation was privileged to recently welcome Jonathan Djanogly MP to their Mediation Suite in Liverpool. The Minister is a passionate supporter of Mediation and was responsible for assisting the Government’s decision to ensure the public had better information and access to Mediation.
